Oil on canvas. Part of the Identity series. This considers the concept that identity is fluid. When we are involved in intense activities our identity is obviously altered by that interaction. The act of performing with a musical instrument is an act of sharing not only the performance but our life experience, passion and self expression and thus our identity..... listening to music is an opportunity to share in another’s identity.
